Can I use the ToolTray even when cold?
Although you’re not as comfortable standing on scaffolding when it’s freezing, the ToolTray’s material is suitable for use down to about 15 degrees below 0. At extremely low temperatures, plastic can become brittle, so always be careful and watch for cracking or bursting. To be on the safe side, never hang anything on the outside of a scaffold or work platform, preferably on the inside.
How much weight can be placed in the ToolTray?
The ToolTray is capable of carrying about 8.5 KG. By comparison, 5 liters of wall paint weighs about 7.5 kg. An eccentric sander less than 2 kg and a cordless drill usually doesn’t weigh more than 2 kg either. So it can lift a lot!
How much will fit in the ToolTray?
The ToolTray scaffold tray can hold two 2.5 Liter cans side by side and still have room left over for some tools. You can also place a 5 Liter can or bucket in the middle with tools next to it. But you can also easily put a cable reel, sander, drill or a sudsy sponge and squeegee in there. So very versatile to use!
